We’re looking for an SEO/GEO Specialist who understands both technical SEO and content-driven growth.

You’ll be responsible for ensuring all of our service pages, blog posts, and target keywords are ranking across Google & LLMs, with a special focus on link-building and keyword mapping for each service area.

Responsibilities

• Audit existing service pages (like our Reddit Marketing page) and ensure they rank for high-value keywords.
• Create and execute a keyword-to-page strategy ensuring every Infrasity service page ranks on the first page.
• Identify and implement backlink opportunities for all service and blog pages through outreach, guest posting, and partnerships.
• Track and improve keyword performance, CTR, and organic traffic via GA4 and Google Search Console.
• Collaborate with the growth and content teams to optimize meta titles, headings, and internal linking structure.
• Monitor and report on SEO health (Core Web Vitals, crawlability, indexing).
• Keep up-to-date with algorithm changes and optimize strategy accordingly.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of SEO experience (preferably in SaaS / B2B / tech domains).
• Strong command of Ahrefs, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics 4.
• Hands-on experience with keyword mapping, backlink outreach, and on-page optimization.
• Understanding of content SEO — able to collaborate with technical writers and growth teams.
• Basic familiarity with developer audiences or technical content is a plus.

What Success Looks Like

• All service pages (Reddit, Developer Marketing, Documentation, etc.) ranking within top 10 results.
• 100+ backlinks built to core pages from credible domains within 3 months.
• 25% improvement in organic traffic MoM.
• Each target keyword mapped and tracked to its respective landing page.
