🚀 Role Overview:

We're looking for a passionate Digital Marketing Executive who is skilled in running Meta and Google Ads for real estate projects. The ideal candidate should be proactive, analytical, and have strong communication skills with a growth-oriented mindset.

🧩 Key Responsibilities:

Strategize, launch, and manage paid ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads for real estate clients

Optimize campaigns for CPL, lead quality, and targeting performance

Create daily/weekly reports using Excel and Google Sheets

Coordinate with creative teams and website developers for ad assets and landing pages

Pitch real estate projects to clients and communicate performance metrics confidently

Use AI tools for research, content drafting, and campaign planning

Track lead flow from CRM to ad platforms and troubleshoot issues

Support in hiring and team growth initiatives

Stay updated with ad policies, real estate marketing trends, and tools

Work directly with the founder to contribute to Scalebait’s growth

✅ Requirements:

1–3 years of hands-on experience with Meta & Google Ads in real estate campaigns

Strong understanding of audience targeting, lead generation, and campaign optimization

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

Ability to analyze data, present reports, and make strategic decisions

Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, Google Drive

Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT, Jasper, etc. for marketing tasks

Self-driven, fast learner, and ready to take ownership

Should be able to join immediately and be committed to growing with a startup
