Digital Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimise performance marketing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms
• Monitor daily budgets, performance metrics, conversions, and ROI
• Conduct keyword research and support SEO initiatives including on-page optimisation
• Manage and optimise WhatsApp marketing tools for lead nurturing and member communication
• Work with IVR systems to improve call routing, messaging, and lead handling
• Track performance using analytics tools such as Google Analytics and ad dashboards
• Collaborate with content and design teams to create high-performing creatives
• Run experiments, A/B tests, and continuous optimisation cycles
• Maintain reports and dashboards for weekly and monthly reviews

Experience & Skills Required:

• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in digital or performance marketing
• Strong understanding of paid media platforms and campaign optimisation
• Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals
• Experience using WhatsApp marketing, CRM, or automation tools
• Comfortable working with numbers, reports, and data
• Ability to manage multiple tools and platforms simultaneously

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹43,156.89 per month
