Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and result-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our team at Globex Nutra , a fast-growing nutraceutical brand under Globex Pharmaceuticals . The candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing our digital marketing strategy to promote our effervescent tablets and gummies across multiple channels. Key Responsibilities: Social Media Management: Plan, create, and schedule content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms. Manage page growth, engagement, and customer responses. Run influencer and reel campaigns to build brand awareness. Content Creation Coordination: Coordinate with graphic designers or create basic creatives using tools like Canva. Write compelling captions, product descriptions, and blog posts when required. Performance Marketing: Run and optimize Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads , and Google Ads to generate leads and sales. Track ROI and adjust campaigns for maximum effectiveness. Website and SEO: Manage and update product listings on the company’s website and marketplaces. Perform on-page and off-page SEO to improve Google search rankings. Email and WhatsApp Marketing: Create and send promotional campaigns via email and WhatsApp tools. Build and manage customer databases. Analytics and Reporting: Track key metrics (engagement, reach, clicks, conversions, etc.). Provide regular reports and insights with recommendations for improvements. Required Skills: Proven experience in digital marketing (especially D2C brands is a plus) Knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, Canva, and Mailchimp/WhatsApp tools Strong communication and creative thinking skills Up-to-date with digital trends and platform changes Preferred Qualifications: Degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or related field 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management Familiarity with health/wellness or nutraceutical products (bonus) Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship, Freelance Contract length: 3 months Pay: ₹9,062.68 - ₹42,473.34 per month Expected hours: No less than 40 per week Schedule: Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay: Overtime pay Performance bonus Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
