What You’ll Do

As our Digital Marketing Specialist, you’ll take full ownership of our online presence and bring our brand to life across social media and digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Social Media Management

Create and manage content calendars for Instagram, Facebook, and emerging platforms (like Threads & Pinterest).

• Content Creation

Ideate, design, and post engaging reels, videos, carousels, and memes that match our fun, health-conscious tone.

• Influencer & Creator Campaigns

Identify, reach out to, and coordinate with micro and macro influencers for paid and barter collaborations.

• Ad Campaigns & Strategy

Assist in running Meta/Google ad campaigns; monitor basic metrics like engagement, CPC, reach, etc.

• Shoot Coordination

Organize mini shoots (product + lifestyle); edit basic videos/reels using CapCut/InShot/Canva etc.

• Community Engagement

Respond to DMs, comments, and track brand sentiment across platforms.

• Performance Tracking

Weekly tracking of content performance and campaign impact.

You’re a Great Fit If You:

• Are always up to date on trends, memes, and reel audio
• Can write quirky, relatable captions and scripts
• Enjoy managing multiple campaigns at once
• Want to build a consumer wellness brand from the ground up
• Are self-driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment

Must-Have Skills

• Passion for content & trends
• Basic Canva, CapCut, or Adobe skills
• Social media native
• Experience with influencer platforms
• Strong writing & visual sense
• Organized & deadline-driven
• Eye for aesthetics & storytelling
