What You’ll Do As our Digital Marketing Specialist, you’ll take full ownership of our online presence and bring our brand to life across social media and digital channels. Key Responsibilities: Social Media Management Create and manage content calendars for Instagram, Facebook, and emerging platforms (like Threads & Pinterest). Content Creation Ideate, design, and post engaging reels, videos, carousels, and memes that match our fun, health-conscious tone. Influencer & Creator Campaigns Identify, reach out to, and coordinate with micro and macro influencers for paid and barter collaborations. Ad Campaigns & Strategy Assist in running Meta/Google ad campaigns; monitor basic metrics like engagement, CPC, reach, etc. Shoot Coordination Organize mini shoots (product + lifestyle); edit basic videos/reels using CapCut/InShot/Canva etc. Community Engagement Respond to DMs, comments, and track brand sentiment across platforms. Performance Tracking Weekly tracking of content performance and campaign impact.
