About the Role:

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist with strong experience in Social Media Marketing. The main focus will be to manage social media strategies, run campaigns, handle a small team, and coordinate directly with clients to understand their goals and requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage social media campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
• Create and share content ideas to boost engagement and visibility
• Handle a team of content writers, designers, or editors
• Coordinate directly with clients to understand their brand needs and expectations
• Share client briefs with the internal team and ensure timely delivery
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare simple reports
• Stay updated with platform trends and apply them in strategy

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing, mainly in social media
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and their tools
• Experience in team handling and direct client coordination
• Good understanding of social media trends and audience behavior
• Basic knowledge of Canva or other creative tools
• Strong communication and time management skills
