Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to lead and execute performance-driven digital campaigns across SEO, SEM, paid media, content, and analytics. The ideal candidate is hands-on with tools, and capable of driving measurable results across channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and manage multi-channel campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn).
Plan and run PPC campaigns, handle social media accounts.
Optimize SEO (on-page/off-page), SEM, and landing page performance.
Run A/B tests, track KPIs (CPC, CTR, ROAS, etc.), and report campaign outcomes.
Develop and manage content calendars, blogs, and influencer marketing.
Analyze user behavior via GA4, Hotjar, and build attribution models.
Use tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Canva, etc.
Ensure brand consistency and campaign alignment across channels.

Requirements:

3–5 years of experience in digital marketing.
Strong command of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Analytics.
Familiarity with UTM tagging, CRO, and campaign reporting.
Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms.
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Preferred:

Experience with B2B/SaaS campaigns.
Working knowledge of AMP, GA4, and email automation platforms.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
