Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and creative Digital Marketing Executive with 1–2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns that promote our company’s products/services and enhance brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email, and display advertising).
• Manage and grow the company’s presence on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
• Conduct keyword research, on-page and off-page SEO activities to improve organic rankings.
• Assist in the planning and execution of paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
• Create engaging content for digital platforms (posts, blogs, creatives, videos).
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and social media insights.
• Prepare and present performance reports to the management team.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 1–2 years of proven experience in digital marketing.
• Good understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, Google Analytics, and social media marketing.
• Experience with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Mailchimp, Canva, HubSpot, etc.).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
