Digital Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive who has hands-on experience in managing digital campaigns, along with strong skills in video editing and poster/graphic design. The ideal candidate should be capable of developing content and executing campaigns that drive engagement, leads, and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Meta, Google, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
• Design visually appealing posters, banners, and promotional creatives for online campaigns
• Create and edit engaging videos/reels for social media, ads, and YouTube
• Manage social media handles, schedule posts, and analyze campaign performance
• Work closely with the content and marketing team to brainstorm ideas and deliver marketing assets
• Optimize campaigns for better reach, engagement, and conversions
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and tools

Requirements:

• Proven experience in digital marketing, especially paid ad campaigns
• Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator (or alternatives)
• Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads is a must
• Basic video editing skills for reels, shorts, and promotional content
• Strong creative and visual storytelling ability
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a similar role

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
