We are seeking a well-spoken, confident, and proactive Female Telecaller with prior experience in telecalling or telesales. The candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to handle customer queries and follow-ups professionally. She will play a key role in lead generation, client coordination, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential clients and follow up on inquiries. Clearly communicate the product/service offerings to customers. Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups in the CRM. Handle incoming calls and resolve customer queries with a positive attitude. Schedule appointments or meetings for the sales/consulting team. Work closely with the marketing/sales team to convert leads into clients. Meet call targets and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Maintain professionalism and courtesy at all times. Key Requirements: Minimum 2-3 years of telecalling or customer service experience. Fluent in English and Regional Language . Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM software, email handling). Pleasant voice, polite demeanor, and positive attitude. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in [Industry-Specific Role, e.g., Education Counseling, Healthcare, Real Estate, etc.] . Familiarity with lead generation and follow-up processes.
