Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Digital Marketing Specialist based in Bengaluru, with some flexibility for remote work. Responsibilities include planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, managing social media channels, analyzing web traffic, and optimizing online marketing strategies. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to create marketing content and ensuring consistent brand messaging across platforms.



Key Roles & Responsibilities:

SEO Management

  • Conduct keyword research and optimize website content.
  • Execute on-page & off-page SEO strategies to improve rankings.


Social Media Management

  • Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter) accounts.
  • Plan, schedule, and publish engaging content to grow followers and engagement.


Paid Campaigns

  • Run & optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
  • Manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube).
  • Track KPIs and ensure maximum ROI.


Performance Tracking

  • Prepare and share performance reports for campaigns.
  • Provide insights & recommendations for continuous improvement.


Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 year of hands-on experience in digital marketing.
  • Proficiency in SEO, Meta Ads, and Google Ads.
  • Experience with social media management tools & analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills with a creative mindset.
