Digital Marketing Specialist

Job description:

BKM Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly creative and collaborative Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing marketing campaigns from start to finish and report on effectiveness and ROI including but not limited to blog posts, social media posts and email marketing. You will also analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts, and make adjustments as needed. The ideal candidate should have experience in inbound marketing, a strong understanding of digital marketing channels, and excellent writing and communication skills.

Major Responsibilities:

· Plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategy

· Person should able to manage a marketing team

· Manage the social media & email campaigns

· Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices

· Manage all digital marketing channels and lead generation

· Measure ROI & KPI

· Oversee all the company's social media accounts

· Manage and improve online content, considering SEO and Google analytics

· Build an inbound marketing plan

· Monitor competition and provide suggestion for improvement

· Build an inbound marketing plan while forecasting sales performance trends.

Job Requirement:

· 2 years experience in inbound marketing or a related field.

· Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

· Familiar with SEO & SEM

· Experience with GTM marketing campaigns, design theory, inbound marketing and front-end pipeline.

· Bachelor's degree in the marketing or related field.

· Must have knowledge about Microsoft suite.

· Strong interest in social media marketing and digital trends.

· Excellent communication and writing skills.

· Desire area of expertise: SEO & PPC

· Roadmap & Strategy:

· Learning the pharma industry and working with the sales team to align marketing and sales efforts.
