About the Role:

Digital Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Marketing & Content Management:

Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter,).
Maintain a consistent brand tone and visual identity.
Build and manage content calendars in alignment with product launches and campaigns.

2. SEO, SEM, & Paid Campaigns:

Execute SEO strategies (on-page, off-page) to improve rankings and organic traffic.
Run and optimize paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads) with clear ROI targets.

3. Website & Lead Generation:

Increase website traffic and conversions through targeted campaigns.
Work with the tech team to optimize website landing pages for better engagement.

4. Email Marketing & Automation

Create, run, and analyse email campaigns using tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Sendinblue.
Set up automated email workflows for lead nurturing and customer retention.

5. Analytics & Reporting

Monitor and analyse performance metrics using Google Analytics, Search Console, and social media insights.
Prepare monthly reports with actionable recommendations for improvement.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelors / masters degree in marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.
3+ proven experience in digital marketing for IT/software products or services.
Expertise in SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media ads.
Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, ad managers).
Knowledge of email marketing & automation platforms.
Creative skills in Canva, Photoshop, or video editing are a plus.
