Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts targeting the IT sector. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies focused on digital marketing solutions for IT clients. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales executives to achieve sales targets. Identify and build relationships with key decision-makers in IT companies. Oversee the entire sales cycle from lead generation, proposal, negotiation to closing deals. Collaborate with marketing, product, and technical teams to tailor solutions that meet client requirements. Monitor sales performance and prepare reports for senior leadership. Stay updated on IT sector trends and digital marketing innovations to identify new business opportunities. Manage budgets and resources to maximize sales productivity. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience as a sales manager in digital marketing or IT sales. Strong knowledge of Google Ads, PPC, social media advertising, and other digital marketing platforms. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to develop strategic sales plans and manage sales pipelines. Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho. Target-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills: Certifications in Google Ads or related digital marketing fields. Experience working with SaaS or technology startups.
