Digital Marketing Manager/SEO/SMO

We urgenty need a Digital Marketing SMO/SEO (Male/female) with the following key responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with marketing goals.

Manage daily activities on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, YouTube, and others.

Create, curate, and schedule engaging posts, images, videos, and stories.

Optimize content for maximum visibility and engagement using hashtags, keywords, and trending topics.

Monitor social media performance using analytics tools (Meta Insights, Google Analytics, etc.).

Respond to followers, comments, and messages promptly to foster community engagement.

Collaborate with the content, design, and SEO teams to align messaging and branding.

Run paid campaigns and track performance metrics such as reach, engagement, CTR, and conversions.

Conduct competitor analysis and stay updated with current social media trends and algorithm updates.

Prepare monthly reports highlighting growth, engagement rates, and improvement strategies.

Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. Proven experience (1–3 years) as a Social Media Executive/Optimiser or similar role. Strong understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms. Proficiency in tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva, or similar. Basic knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and content marketing. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creativity, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Growth in followers and engagement rates. Increase in website traffic and conversions from social media. Improvement in content reach and impressions.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
