Digital Marketing Manager

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and creative Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online marketing initiatives and strengthen our brand presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Plan and manage SEO, SEM, social media, and paid advertising campaigns.
• Oversee content marketing initiatives – blogs, newsletters, website content, and campaigns.
• Track and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and SEO tools.
• Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across platforms.
• Collaborate with internal teams for creative assets, branding, and lead generation activities.
• Optimize website performance and ensure strong online visibility.
• Monitor competitor activities and identify new digital growth opportunities.
• Manage digital marketing budget and ensure maximum ROI.
• Prepare monthly reports on performance, insights, and recommendations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related field.
• 4–6 years of proven experience in digital marketing (agency or in-house).
• Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and social media management.
• Experience with email marketing, lead generation campaigns, and marketing automation tools.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in Google Analytics, Search Console, and similar tools.
• Excellent communication, creativity, and leadership skills.
• Ability to stay updated with latest digital trends and technologies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
