About the Role

Digital Marketing Manager

The ideal candidate will be a hands-on digital marketer with deep expertise in multi-channel campaigns, analytics, and regional marketing alignment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead

    digital campaigns and customer engagement strategies

    in India and the APAC region.
  • Execute

    integrated campaigns

    that deliver measurable business results.
  • Partner with global and regional campaign teams to localize and amplify digital journeys.
  • Collaborate with field marketing teams to address sub-regional needs, providing strategic advice and tactical digital support.
  • Design and activate

    account-based marketing (ABM)

    campaigns to support customer lifecycle and retention.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize

    multi-channel campaigns

    across search, display, paid social, email, SEO, and programmatic channels.
  • Drive

    channel optimization strategies

    to improve efficiency, scalability, and best practices.
  • Maintain structured documentation and workflows to streamline cross-team collaboration.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on

    KPIs

    (CPL, ROAS, CTR, conversions, engagement) using GA-4, Salesforce, Tableau, and Looker.
  • Contribute to reporting frameworks and share insights to guide campaign optimization and business decisions.
  • Stay updated with

    digital marketing trends across APJ

    and bring forward new ideas to test and scale.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in

    Marketing, Communications, Business

    , or related field.
  • 810 years of proven

    digital marketing experience

    within B2B or technology industries in the Asia Pacific region.
  • Strong expertise across

    digital channels

    : SEM, SEO, paid media, social, email, programmatic, content marketing, and ABM tools (6Sense, Demandbase).
  • Hands-on experience with

    analytics and CRM/automation platforms

    (GA-4, Marketo, Salesforce).
  • Strong

    project management skills

    , able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with strong copy-editing ability.
  • Proven ability to adapt strategies for diverse markets and audiences across APJ.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with global, regional, and local teams to align media strategy with business goals.
