Our headquarters are located in Pune, India . Description We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at Palladium Dynamics in Pune. This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing all digital marketing initiatives to strengthen our brand presence and generate high-quality leads. The role involves managing social media campaigns, overseeing SEO/SEM strategies, tracking web performance analytics, and driving online engagement to promote our safety and storage solutions. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with company goals. Manage and optimize paid and organic campaigns across social media, search engines, and email. Oversee website performance, user experience, and conversion optimization. Analyze digital metrics to measure campaign success and ROI. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging digital content and promotional materials. Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies. Qualifications Proven experience in Digital Marketing , preferably in B2B or industrial solutions . Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and social media marketing . Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and project management skills . Hands-on experience with marketing automation and lead generation tools . Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field . Certifications in Digital Marketing (Google, HubSpot, Meta, etc.) are an added advantage.
