About the Role:

Digital Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the digital marketing team across functions like social media, content, design, performance, and strategy
• Plan, assign, and oversee day-to-day tasks and long-term deliverables
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong professional relationships
• Ensure all marketing campaigns and content are delivered on time and meet brand goals
• Collaborate with the founder/partner to align business objectives with marketing execution
• Monitor team productivity, identify blockers, and implement improvements in workflow
• Prepare reports, share performance updates, and drive campaign-level insights and feedback
• Stay up to date with current marketing trends, tools, and strategies

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 year in a team lead or manager-level role
• Strong understanding of social media, paid ads, SEO, email marketing, and campaign planning
• Prior experience working in an agency setup is preferred
• Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and team members simultaneously
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong leadership qualities, with a problem-solving and accountability mindset
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Working Setup:

• Currently Work from Home
• May transition to an office-based role in Mumbai office in the coming months
