We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who is passionate, curious, and ready to execute global marketing plans across the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and India.

This isn’t just a campaign-execution role. You will own the full POEM framework of marketing:

• Paid Media: Performance campaigns on Meta, Google, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, and X.
• Owned Media: Our website, SEO, content, email, and CRM automations (Zoho).
• Earned Media: Organic PR, influencer marketing, partnerships, and social storytelling.

What you’ll own (beyond POEM):

• Manage Zoho CRM end-to-end: workflows, lead nurturing, dashboards.
• Optimize with Google Analytics & SEO tools.
• Run cold email outreach & email marketing campaigns that convert.
• Build smart AI-powered automations to scale processes.
• Track ROI across B2B (resorts, architects, glamping operators) and B2C (Airbnb hosts, homesteaders).
• Collaborate with design/content teams to keep brand voice aligned with our Unthink philosophy.

Who you are:

• 1–3 years of digital marketing experience (agency or brand-side).
• Hands-on with Zoho CRM, GA4, SEO tools, and at all add platforms
• Understands the full funnel and how POEM channels work together.
• Strong in numbers + creative in storytelling.
• Curious, self-driven, and able to work across time zones.
• Loves experimenting with AI for growth hacks and automation.
