The Out Factory is a Bangalore-based Luxury Mongolian yurt manufacturing company. We manufacture and sell premium Mongolian yurts around the Globe.

We are now looking for a dynamic Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our creative team. If you have the skills, the passion, and a love for all things visual, this could be your next big move.

What You’ll Do

• Design eye-catching graphics for social media, ads, and brand campaigns.
• Edit high-impact videos for marketing, storytelling, and product promotions.
• Capture photos & videos for events, campaigns, and social content.
• Work closely with our marketing team to bring creative concepts to life.
• Explore and experiment with AI-powered video tools for fresh, innovative content.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 year of experience in graphic design & video editing.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or Canva.
• Basic understanding of social media channels & digital marketing trends.
• Passion for photography & videography.
• Basic understanding of HTML and Figma is an added advantage.
• Creative thinker with an eye for detail and storytelling.

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience with AI video creation tools.
• Motion graphics or animation skills.
• Trend-spotting ability for social media content.
