As a Digital Marketing/Marketing Manager based in Jodhpur, your main responsibility is to oversee various aspects of digital marketing, social media marketing, lead generation, and marketing strategies. You will play a crucial role in developing and executing digital marketing initiatives to boost the company's online presence and increase sales. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop strategies for Digital Marketing, Marcom, Events, Exhibitions, Road Shows, and PR activities. - Collaborate with creative consultants to create marketing materials like Banners, Hoardings, Brochures, Flyers, and Digital assets. - Monitor and manage digital software tools such as Hubspot, Interakt, and Mcube to run effective marketing campaigns. - Manage databases and procure data for targeted marketing campaigns. - Generate and track traffic on Google, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms. - Regularly update and monitor the company website with relevant content. - Prepare and analyze Digital Marketing reports with the Digital Marketing Consultant. - Enhance the company's presence on all platforms through effective advertisement strategies. - Maintain and update information on various Real Estate Broking platforms. - Plan and execute advertising campaigns in newspapers and other media channels. - Develop Media Plans and allocate budgets for Newspapers, Magazines, Radio, TV, and Digital platforms. **Qualifications Required:** - Proficiency in Social Media Marketing, Lead Generation, and Web Analytics. - Strong expertise in Digital Marketing. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Effective communication and teamwork abilities. - Experience in the logistics or shipping industry would be advantageous. - MBA in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field. - Minimum of 5 years" experience in the real estate sector is required.
