We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager with proven experience in real estate marketing to lead our digital initiatives, generate quality leads, and strengthen our brand presence online.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, plan, and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Manage SEO, SEM, and PPC campaigns to drive organic and paid traffic.
• Oversee social media strategy, content planning, and community engagement to increase brand awareness.
• Optimize website content, landing pages, and campaigns for lead generation and conversions.
• Analyze campaign performance with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and CRM dashboards.
• Collaborate with the sales team to deliver high-quality real estate leads.
• Manage email marketing, WhatsApp campaigns, and remarketing strategies.
• Work with designers, photographers, and videographers to create engaging property marketing creatives, videos, and virtual tours.
• Stay updated with real estate market trends and digital marketing innovations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of digital marketing experience (at least 1 year in real estate preferred).
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, and CRM tools.
• Strong understanding of real estate buyer journeys and lead funnel management.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
• Knowledge of local real estate market trends is a plus.
