Digital Marketing Manager Location: Manikonda Job Type: Full-Time Experience Required: 2–6 Years in Digital Marketing (Real Estate Industry Preferred) About Us We are a growing real estate company focused on delivering premium residential and commercial properties. We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager with proven experience in real estate marketing to lead our digital initiatives, generate quality leads, and strengthen our brand presence online. Key Responsibilities Develop, plan, and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Manage SEO, SEM, and PPC campaigns to drive organic and paid traffic. Oversee social media strategy , content planning, and community engagement to increase brand awareness. Optimize website content, landing pages, and campaigns for lead generation and conversions . Analyze campaign performance with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and CRM dashboards . Collaborate with the sales team to deliver high-quality real estate leads . Manage email marketing, WhatsApp campaigns, and remarketing strategies . Work with designers, photographers, and videographers to create engaging property marketing creatives, videos, and virtual tours . Stay updated with real estate market trends and digital marketing innovations . Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 2+ years of digital marketing experience (at least 1 year in real estate preferred). Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, and CRM tools . Strong understanding of real estate buyer journeys and lead funnel management .
