About the Role:

Digital Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, plan, and execute
digital marketing strategies
across multiple platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.).
Manage and optimize
SEO/SEM campaigns
to improve organic ranking and website visibility.
Oversee
PPC campaigns
(Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads) and ensure maximum ROI.
Build and manage the companys
social media presence
to grow engagement and reach.
Collaborate with the content team to develop
blogs, landing pages, and marketing creatives
.
Monitor and analyze
performance metrics
using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and Ads Manager.
Stay updated with the latest
digital marketing trends
and competitor activities.
Manage a small team of executives to execute campaigns effectively.
Prepare monthly
reports, dashboards, and presentations
for management review.

Key Skills & Requirements:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
4–9 years of proven experience
in digital marketing management.
Strong hands-on experience with
SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Campaigns
.
Knowledge of
email marketing tools, automation, and CRM systems
.
Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
Ability to work under deadlines and manage budgets effectively.
