Digital Marketing Manager

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online marketing efforts. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing SEO strategies and paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
• Plan and manage SEO strategies (on-page and off-page) to improve search rankings and organic visibility.
• Oversee and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and performance audits.
• Track, measure, and report campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and ad platform dashboards.
• Manage budgets for digital campaigns and ensure optimal ROI.
• Collaborate with content creators, designers, and developers to align marketing efforts.
• Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements:

• Proven experience (4+ years) in digital marketing, especially in SEO and PPC management.
• Strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs, and other relevant tools.
• Solid understanding of conversion tracking, UTM parameters, and A/B testing.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or HubSpot is a plus.
• Experience with e-commerce, B2B marketing, or lead generation campaigns.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and email marketing platforms.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
