About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead online marketing initiatives in the study abroad and international education domain. This role focuses on creating impactful campaigns that attract, engage, and convert students looking to pursue education overseas.

The ideal candidate will be tech-savvy, data-driven, and passionate about guiding students toward global academic opportunities through digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, email, social media, paid ads) targeting students interested in studying abroad
• Manage and grow social media presence on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter
• Develop strategies to build long-term engagement with prospective international students
• Track campaign performance and report on ROI and KPIs
• Identify digital trends and optimize performance based on actionable insights
• Brainstorm and execute creative student-focused campaigns and lead generation funnels
• Conduct A/B testing and improve conversion metrics
• Manage content for newsletters, email campaigns, and web pages
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance website content and user experience

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, preferably in the education or edtech sector
• Strong command of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, social media strategy, and content marketing
• Experience with digital tools like Google Analytics, CRM systems, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS and web platforms is a plus
• Analytical mindset with excellent organizational and communication skills
• Creativity paired with strong commercial awareness

Pay: ₹14,774.12 - ₹40,311.64 per month
