Job Description

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who thrives in startup chaos, knows how to blend strategy with execution, and wants to own growth end-to-end. This isn’t a role where you just “run ads.” You’ll be designing growth engines, building funnels, experimenting fast, and shaping how mental health is marketed in Kerala and beyond. You’ll work directly with the leadership team, lead a small but growing marketing squad, and make decisions that immediately impact revenue, brand, and reach.

Your day might swing from planning campaign strategy over coffee, to checking performance dashboards, to brainstorming reels with the creative team, to pitching growth ideas in leadership meetings. If you get excited about autonomy, speed, and measurable impact—this role is built for you.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing (growth, performance, or brand)

• Prior startup or fast-scaling experience (a big plus)

• Strong command of major marketing KPIs (CAC, LTV, CTR, ROAS—you know the drill)

• Ability to lead and grow a full-fledged marketing team

• Sharp with data, but equally comfortable with creative experiments

• Hunger to scale something meaningful, not just clock in hours
