Media Designs is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who brings substance, strategy, and results. If you’ve worked on live campaigns , managed real budgets, and understand the nuances of digital performance — we’d like to hear from you. What You’ll Be Doing: Plan and run high-performing digital ad campaigns across Google Ads, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and PPC platforms. Manage our social media presence (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter) — from content strategy to engagement . Track, measure, and optimize campaign performance using Google Analytics , Meta Business Suite , and other tools. Apply SEO best practices and conduct keyword research to improve our organic reach. Collaborate with creators, designers, and branding teams to generate content that drives real engagement. Improve landing page performance and optimize user funnels to increase conversions. Stay updated with latest digital trends, tools, and algorithms . Create regular KPI reports and ROI analysis for all major digital campaigns. Who Should Apply: Bachelor’s degree (required) + PG Diploma / Certification in Digital Marketing 3–5 years of hands-on, full-time experience in digital marketing (Please do not count internships or classroom projects as full-time experience) Proficient in: Google Ads & Meta Ads Manager SEO tools like SEMRush / Ahrefs Google Analytics & Reporting dashboards Strong sense of responsibility, campaign ownership, and clear communication Important Filters(Read Carefully Before Applying): ✘ Internship or training experience will NOT be counted as full-time experience ✘ We are not hiring data entry operators or social media scrollers ✘ This is not a “learning” role — this is an “execution” role ✔ Only apply if you have delivered actual results through live campaigns Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
