We’re looking for a talented and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital team and drive innovative marketing initiatives across all digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, develop, and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms (SEO, SEM, SMM, Email Marketing, Content Marketing, etc.).
• Manage and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other advertising platforms.
• Oversee and lead the digital marketing team — providing guidance, performance feedback, and project direction.
• Analyze website traffic, campaign performance, and ROI using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.).
• Develop SEO and content strategies to improve search rankings and drive organic growth.
• Collaborate with creative, content, and design teams to ensure brand consistency and impactful digital communication.
• Stay updated with digital marketing trends, emerging tools, and algorithm updates.
• Manage digital marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective campaign delivery.
• Prepare performance reports and insights for clients and internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 3–7 years of proven experience in digital marketing (agency experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, SMM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Content Strategy, and Analytics Tools.
• Experience in managing and motivating a digital marketing team.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Creative mindset with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
