Digital Marketing Manager

The ideal candidate should have 2 years of work experience. He/she should have previously worked in a reputed marketing agency and handled brands. He/she should have a creative mind and should think of a unique communication that would align well with the brand.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the sales team and create a marketing plan along with the marketing budget.
• Coordinate with the marketing agencies and get the marketing collaterals designed by sharing the inputs.  
• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Handle day-to-day management of company social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, etc.).
• Monitor trends and competitor activities to keep content fresh and innovative.
• Plan and execute paid ad campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
• Monitor ROI, CPC, CTR, and conversion rates to optimize campaigns.
• Track and analyse website traffic, social media insights, and campaign performance.
• Prepare monthly digital marketing reports with actionable insights.
• Assist in SEO efforts: keyword research, on-page optimization, and backlinks.
• Coordinate with web team for landing pages, blog updates, and lead forms.
• Work closely with the sales, branding, and CRM teams to ensure consistent messaging and lead nurturing.
• Coordinate with the social media team and printing vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing (real estate industry experience is a plus).
• Proficiency in

  Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Analytics, SEO tools, Canva/Photoshop, CRM platforms

  .
• Strong understanding of

  social media trends, content creation, and paid campaigns

  .
• Excellent communication skills (English proficiency is a must).
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently.
