Digital Marketing Manager - Insurance Broking
Location: Noida
Department: Marketing
Experience Required: 8+ years in marketing, with 4+ years in the Insurance industry.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing
Define and execute B2C & B2B marketing strategy tailored for insurance products (Health, Life, Motor, etc.)
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer insights to inform brand positioning
Work closely with product and sales teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives
Insurance-Focused Campaigns
Plan and lead end-to-end insurance marketing campaigns (ATL/BTL/Digital) that drive policy sales and brand awareness
Build awareness campaigns to educate and build trust with customers around insurance use cases and benefits
Marketing Manager - Insurance
Brand & Communication Craft compelling narratives and visual content tailored for the insurance audience.
Develop creative concepts, scripts, and messaging for campaigns, brochures, landing pages, and videos.
Collaborate with agencies, designers, and content writers to execute high-quality brand assets
Digital Marketing & Lead Generation.
Run targeted campaigns across platforms (Google, Meta, YouTube) to acquire quality leads
Optimize funnel from awareness to conversion across paid channels
Own performance KPIs like CAC, CPL, and ROAS
Trade & Partner Marketing
Design marketing toolkits and collaterals for agents, brokers, and channel partners
Manage events, partner meets, training roadshows, and awareness drives in offline channels
Data-Driven Decision Making
Track campaign effectiveness and report on marketing KPIs
Use insights to optimize messaging, targeting, and channel mix
Leverage automation and AI tools to streamline execution and scale impact
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's or Masters in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field
8+ years of marketing experience with at least 4 years in the insurance/broking/financial services industry
Strong understanding of insurance products, customer journeys, and sales lifecycle
Expertise in ATL, BTL, and digital marketing, including media planning and campaign execution
Excellent storytelling, branding, and copywriting skills.
Hands-on with tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, CRM platforms, marketing automation tools
Strong vendor and stakeholder management
Preferred Candidate Profile
Has built or scaled marketing in an insurance startup or broking company
Proven ability to execute 360 campaigns with clear ROI
Has led partner marketing initiatives or built field-level marketing teams
Strong creative eye with a knack for simplifying complex financial products for consumers
Performance-focused with a bias for execution
