Key Responsibilities

• Own and execute the complete social media strategy across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and new platforms.
• Lead content creation—scripts, hooks, campaign ideas, and viral storytelling aligned with Gen Z culture.
• Direct and produce AI-powered content using tools like Runway, Midjourney, Sora-style editors, and CapCut AI.
• Manage and grow the online community through active engagement and conversation-building.
• Track daily analytics, optimize content using insights, and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
• Plan and execute content calendars for all product lines, including trends, launches, and creator collabs.
• Lead influencer partnerships—shortlisting, negotiations, scripting, and ensuring high-quality output.
• Monitor trends, memes, sounds, and cultural shifts to create timely, high-impact content.
• Maintain brand consistency in tone, visuals, messaging, and storytelling across platforms.
• Manage paid promotions and align organic + performance marketing strategies.
• Oversee UGC collection, content repurposing, and community-driven narratives.
• Conduct social listening and competitor audits to identify opportunities and gaps.
• Drive real-time content creation during events, shoots, and activations.
• Experiment with new formats, AI tools, and best practices to keep the brand ahead of trends.
