Digital Marketing Manager in Mumbai

We’re seeking a proactive and smart Marketing Executive who will be responsible for managing and expanding all online and offline sales partnerships for Calmirize. This role requires a deep understanding of how both online marketplaces and offline retail channels work — plus the initiative to identify, pitch, negotiate, and nurture partnerships that align with our brand’s vision.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and onboard online marketplaces, e-commerce platforms, retail chains, salons, and boutique stores that align with Calmirize’s positioning.
• Act as the main point of contact for all online and offline sales partners.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive product visibility, sell-through, and brand awareness across all partner channels.
• Coordinate listing, cataloguing, pricing, promotions, and brand representation on online portals (Amazon, Nykaa, Flipkart, etc.) as well as in offline stores.
• Monitor partner performance and sales data; analyze insights to optimize marketing and sales strategies.
• Plan and execute trade marketing activities, in-store promotions, pop-ups, and offline brand activations.
• Collaborate with the internal creative and digital teams to develop co-branded campaigns and promotional material for partners.
• Negotiate terms, offers, and visibility opportunities to ensure the best positioning for Calmirize products.
• Maintain excellent relationships with partner stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication.
• Stay updated on competitor activities, new marketplace trends, retail opportunities, and industry best practices.
• Proactively suggest new ideas, partnerships, or tactics to expand market reach.
