Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Marketing Manager, located in Chandigarh, India. The Digital Marketing Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing strategies. Day-to-day tasks include managing social media platforms, developing content, executing email marketing campaigns, performing SEO analyses, and evaluating performance metrics. The individual will collaborate with the marketing team to drive online traffic and lead generation, enhancing brand awareness and customer engagement.


  •  Collaborate and coordinate with multiple marketing agencies.
  •  Define scope of work, timelines, and output expectations for each partner/vendor.
  • Lead vendor negotiations, contract finalizations, and manage performance metrics.
  • Continuously research global marketing trends and implement relevant best practices.
  • Explore new technology tools and creative approaches to enhance campaign impact and automation.
  • Submit a report within 15 days of each visit detailing observations and insights on practices and innovations witnessed during that visit.
  • Maintain centralized control over marketing calendars, team productivity, and agency outputs.
  • Plan and manage multi-channel campaigns (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Display Ads, Email, Content, Influencer).
  • Lead project launches with digital roadmaps tailored for pre-launch, launch, and post-launch phases.
  • Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Guide creation of landing pages, blogs, property brochures, videos, and other digital assets.
  • Build brand through storytelling, social proof (reviews/testimonials), and influencer collaborations.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Social Media Management, Paid Advertising, and Coordination with agencies
  • Experience with SEO, SEM, and Google Analytics
  • Strong skills in Email Marketing and CRM tools
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Prior experience in the digital marketing field, preferably in a related industry, is a plus
