Digital Marketing Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing operations. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage and guide the in-house digital marketing team
• Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads)
• Lead client acquisition and retention activities
• Oversee client onboarding, communication, project execution, and timely payment follow-ups
• Drive SEO and social media strategy and reporting
• Ensure all campaigns are data-driven, ROI-focused, and aligned with business goals
• Support the business development team with digital insights and strategy
• Monitor campaign KPIs, generate performance reports, and ensure client satisfaction
• Collaborate with content, design, and development teams for smooth execution
• Build SOPs and workflows to scale marketing operations

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in digital marketing (3+ years preferred)
• Expertise in Facebook Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and Social Media Marketing
• Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills
• Experience in client servicing and revenue generation
• Ability to multitask and manage timelines across multiple projects
• Knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
