We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing team and drive performance across all digital channels. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the entire digital marketing team, ensuring smooth coordination and high performance across all verticals (SEO, PPC, social media, email, content, etc.). Plan and execute data-driven marketing campaigns across digital platforms to drive traffic, leads, and conversions. Assign tasks, set deadlines, and conduct regular performance reviews for the team. Coach and mentor junior marketers and interns, encouraging skill development and accountability. Monitor team KPIs and ensure campaign goals are achieved within budget and timelines. Collaborate with content creators, designers, and the academic team to ensure consistency and alignment. Stay updated with new digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices. Requirements: Proven experience 1-2 years as a digital marketing manager or similar role Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills. Proficiency in platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, SEO tools, and CRMs. Ability to multitask, lead from the front, and drive a results-focused culture. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Google Ads / Meta / HubSpot certifications are a plus. What We Offer: Competitive salary package.
