Digital Marketing Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled *Digital Marketer* with at least 2 years of proven experience in performance marketing and digital strategy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns across multiple channels to drive brand awareness, quality leads, and measurable business growth

Key Responsibilities:

* Plan, execute, and manage paid campaigns on *Google Ads* and *Meta Ads*.

* Develop and implement *performance marketing strategies* to maximize ROI.

* Manage *SEO strategies* to improve website ranking and organic traffic.

* Optimize and manage *YouTube campaigns* and channel growth.

* Run effective *PPC campaigns* with a focus on conversions and cost optimization.

* Plan and execute *social media marketing campaigns* across platforms.

* Track, analyze, and report campaign performance with actionable insights.

* Develop data-driven *digital marketing strategies* to achieve business objectives.

Skills & Qualifications Required:

* Minimum *2 years of hands-on experience* in digital marketing.

* Expertise in *Google Ads, Meta Ads, and PPC campaigns*.

* Strong knowledge of *SEO (Google SEO best practices)*.

* Experience in *YouTube optimization* (ads & organic growth).

* Proficiency in *social media marketing and paid campaigns*.

* Ability to design and implement *performance marketing strategies*.

* Strong analytical skills with experience using *Google Analytics, Search Console, Ads Manager*, etc.

* Excellent communication, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
