Job Description

Digital Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement
comprehensive digital marketing strategies
across channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email, content, paid ads).
Manage and optimize
Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads
, LinkedIn Ads, and other PPC campaigns.
Oversee
website traffic, performance analytics
, and SEO efforts using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush.
Create, manage, and execute
email marketing campaigns
and automation workflows.
Lead the
content strategy
, working with writers/designers to produce high-converting content (blogs, landing pages, creatives).
Manage and grow brand presence across
social media platforms
.
Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to provide actionable insights and regular reports.
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, design, product) to ensure cohesive messaging and campaign alignment.
Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience (3+ years) as a Digital Marketing Manager or in a similar role.
Expertise in
SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and email marketing
.
Proficient with tools like
Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Canva, WordPress,
etc.
Strong analytical and project management skills.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Preferred Skills:

Google Ads and Meta Certifications (preferred)
Experience with marketing automation platforms
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS (a plus)
