The purpose of this role is to develop and implement strategies to expand the Bosch Car Service network throughout North region with below KPIs: White Spot Mapping: Identify white spots in the region suitable for network expansion and VP delivery Lead Management: Manage the optimum level lead funnel with sophisticated tools like C4C Standardization: Ensure similar look and feel of the infrastructure across the region Implementation of Dealer Operating Standards and compliance for Service Infrastructure Implementation of Centralized Dealer Management Systems (DMS) and deployment of other IT platforms Coordinate with Zonal / Area Team for successful implementation of Service Policies of Bosch Provide support to Zonal team / Channel for resolution of Dealer concerns and improve Dealer Satisfaction with Bosch. Qualifications B.E /B.Tech from reputed institute MBA in sales and marketing (preferred) Minimum 5 years of experience in automobile industry Experience in dealer development, passenger car service business is desirable Additional Information Bright candidates having exceptional sales acumen and having years of relevant Work Experience in other industries can be considered. We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute our online marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in digital channels, team leadership, and data analysis to drive brand awareness, traffic, leads, and conversions. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email, content, paid ads). Manage and optimize Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads , LinkedIn Ads, and other PPC campaigns. Oversee website traffic, performance analytics , and SEO efforts using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush. Create, manage, and execute email marketing campaigns and automation workflows. Lead the content strategy , working with writers/designers to produce high-converting content (blogs, landing pages, creatives). Manage and grow brand presence across social media platforms . Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to provide actionable insights and regular reports. Collaborate with internal teams (sales, design, product) to ensure cohesive messaging and campaign alignment. Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Proven experience (3+ years) as a Digital Marketing Manager or in a similar role. Expertise in SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and email marketing . Proficient with tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Canva, WordPress, etc. Strong analytical and project management skills. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. Preferred Skills: Google Ads and Meta Certifications (preferred) Experience with marketing automation platforms Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS (a plus)
