Key Responsibilities

  • Performance Marketing & Growth

    (Google Ads, Meta, Programmatic, Display, YouTube, Affiliates) to deliver measurable ROI.
  • Develop and execute strategies for

    lead generation, traffic acquisition, and e-commerce conversions

  • Optimize campaigns using

    A/B testing, bid management, and audience segmentation

    .
  • Track and manage

    CAC, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates

    across all digital campaigns.
  • Digital Strategy & Brand Positioning

  • Build digital marketing strategies that align with

    luxury positioning

    of the brand.
  • Strengthen

    SEO, SEM, and content marketing

    to enhance brand discoverability.
  • Collaborate with creative teams for impactful

    digital storytelling

    to engage premium audiences.
  • E-commerce & Customer Engagement

  • Drive traffic to online platforms and enhance

    digital sales funnel performance

  • Work with CRM & analytics teams to maximize

    customer retention, loyalty, and personalization

  • Implement

    retargeting and remarketing

    strategies to nurture high-value customers.
  • Analytics & Reporting

  • Use tools like

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelors/Masters degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field.
  • 7–12 years

    of experience in

    digital marketing

    luxury retail / jewellery / lifestyle

  • Hands-on expertise in

    performance marketing campaigns

    with proven ROI results.
  • Certifications in

    Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, Analytics, or similar
