Key Responsibilities

Client Strategy & Satisfaction (Top Priority)

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients — ensure every project meets

    strategic goals, creative expectations, and timeline commitments

  • Take full responsibility for

    client happiness, clarity, and communication

    — no blame-passing, only ownership
  • Regularly gather feedback, resolve concerns, and adapt strategy based on client input and results

Branding & Campaign Execution

  • Translate client objectives into compelling

    brand positioning, content strategy, and campaign messaging

  • Plan and implement end-to-end marketing activities: social media, paid ads, organic reach, SEO, and funnel-based systems

Multi-Project Management

  • Handle multiple clients or internal projects with

    priority-based planning, task tracking, and proactive updates

  • Balance creativity with productivity using AI tools, templates, and systems for smoother execution

Content Calendar & Creative Direction

  • Build platform-wise content calendars aligned with business goals
  • Guide designers, video editors, and content creators — or handle independently using smart tools

Performance Marketing

  • Launch, monitor, and optimize ad campaigns on

    Google, Meta, YouTube, and more

  • Drive ROI, leads, and engagement with data-informed decisions

AI-Powered Execution & Automation

  • Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, SurferSEO, Midjourney, Notion AI, etc.) to optimize copywriting, content creation, and workflows
  • Automate repetitive tasks with email marketing, CRM integrations, and campaign sequencing

Technical Skills Required

  • Platforms: Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube Ads, LinkedIn, SEO Tools (SEMRush, Ahrefs)
  • Tools: Canva, Mailchimp, HubSpot, Zoho, Notion, Buffer, Figma
  • AI Tools: ChatGPT, Jasper, Midjourney, SurferSEO, etc.
  • Reporting: Google Analytics (GA4), platform insights, client-facing performance decks

Qualifications

  • Any degree is welcome — we care more about

    your skills, proof of work, and mindset

  • Minimum

    1 year of digital marketing experience

    with hands-on execution
  • Experience handling clients directly or delivering campaign results will be a big plus
