Job Description

We are hiring a Digital Marketing Lead with 5–7 years of experience (2–3 years in Performance Marketing – Meta, Google & YouTube Ads). The role involves leading a 7–10 member team, managing Monthly ad budgets, and ensuring 7X ROI.

Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a digital marketing team.
Plan & optimize campaigns across Meta, Google & YouTube Ads.
Use AI tools for targeting, bidding & analytics.
Coordinate with logistics & packing teams for smooth operations.
Drive revenue growth through funnel optimization & data insights.

Requirements:

5–7 years in Digital Marketing, with 2–3 years in Performance Marketing.
Expertise in Meta, Google & YouTube Ads (Sales-Oriented Campaigns experience) & should have on the e-commerce brands.
Strong knowledge of AI-powered marketing tools.
Proven ability to manage monthly ad budgets.
Leadership, analytical & cross-functional collaboration skills.
