Digital Marketing Lead

As the Digital Marketing Head at our company, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Plan, recommend, prepare, and oversee digital marketing strategies for current and potential clients. - Ensure high-quality and consistent service delivery across the entire digital marketing team, with a rigorous approach to managing work schedules, reporting, and managing change. - Provide first-class reporting on campaign performance across all our active services to our clients. - Be a key member of the management team, contributing to agency direction and strategy. - Continuously improve and develop our digital services. - Develop and drive our digital strategy, including content marketing and social media activity. - Act as the digital authority in consultancy work, participating regularly in client meetings and pitches. - Share your experience and knowledge through coaching and developing your team. - Liaise with clients throughout active campaigns. - Apply a multi-channel marketing mix when planning client campaigns. - Produce detailed performance reports and presentations when necessary. - Attend/speak at networking and industry events, acting as the company's digital authority.
