As a Digital Marketing Specialist at The Alpha Agency, you'll be a crucial part of our dynamic team. With 0-3 years of experience, you will be responsible for driving performance across various marketing channels, including SEO, social media, and growth marketing.Roles & ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship & Strategic Account Support: Collaborate with the AccountManagement team to support the development of strategic account plans and help nurture and maintain positive relationships with clients.Social Media Expertise: Develop and execute impactful social media campaigns to engage our audience.Performance Analysis: Utilize analytics tools to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and provide insightful reports.Google and Facebook Ads Mastery: Execute high-impact campaigns on Google and Facebook, leveraging your expertise to maximize ROI.Strategic Growth Marketing: Develop and implement growth-oriented marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize analytics tools for in-depth campaign analysis,providing actionable insights for optimization.Campaign Setup and Monitoring: Demonstrate proficiency in setting up targeted campaigns and continuously monitoring their performance.

Qualifications
