Role Overview

Digital Marketing Intern


Key Responsibilities

SEO – On-Page & Off-Page

  • Conduct keyword research and implement mapping for blogs, landing pages, and service sections
  • Optimize meta titles, descriptions, URL structures, header tags, and content layout
  • Audit websites for technical SEO issues (broken links, redirects, indexing errors)
  • Build high-quality backlinks through guest posting, directory submissions, and outreach
  • Track and manage backlinks, monitor domain authority, and disavow toxic links
  • Work with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are implemented from the start

Google Ads (PPC)

  • Assist in setting up and managing Google Search & Display campaigns
  • Research and select high-performing keywords and negative keywords
  • Monitor ad performance, CTR, CPC, and Quality Score
  • Help A/B test ad creatives and landing page experiences
  • Prepare basic ad performance reports for internal stakeholders

Google Analytics & Reporting

  • Set up and monitor Google Analytics 4 (GA4) dashboards
  • Analyze website traffic, user behavior, and goal completions
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports for SEO, PPC, and overall website performance
  • Monitor Google Search Console for crawl issues, page indexing, and keyword impressions

Requirements

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, IT, Mass Communication, or related fields
  • Basic knowledge of SEO, SEM, and digital advertising principles
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and Google Ads
  • Knowledge of keyword research tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills (Excel or Google Sheets knowledge preferred)
  • Good written English and strong attention to detail
