• Content Creation & Scheduling

  – Draft copy, design posts/reels (Canva, Adobe Express), and keep the content calendar updated across LinkedIn, Instagram, X (Twitter), Facebook, and YouTube.

• Community Management

  – Monitor comments, messages, and brand mentions, and escalate queries to the relevant stakeholders.

• Trend Spotting

  – Track industry and social trends; pitch real‑time content ideas (memes, topical days, hashtags).

• Analytics & Reporting

  – Pull weekly performance data (reach, engagement, follower growth) via native insights and Sprout/Hootsuite; present highlights and recommendations.

• Collaboration

  – Work closely with designers, writers, and video editors to ensure brand consistency and on‑time delivery.

• Pursuing / recently completed a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Comm, or a related field.
• Familiarity with major social platforms and basic KPI definitions (reach, CTR, engagement rate).
• Basic graphic‑design proficiency (Canva, Figma, or Adobe tools).
• Strong written English; bonus points for Bengali/Hindi copy skills.
• Creative mindset, meme culture fluency, and a knack for storytelling.

• End-to-end brand social media management for a company in a different sector.
• Hands‑on experience with analytics dashboards and social listening tools.
• Real‑world campaign planning, execution, and post‑mortem analysis.
