Digital Marketing Intern

Role OverviewAs a Digital Marketing Intern at Anayaa Jewels, you’ll get hands-on experience running the day-to-day operations of an online brand. You’ll manage social media content, handle customer orders, and help grow our digital presence. Key Responsibilities Content Creation & Social Media Create engaging content for Instagram — reels, posts, and stories. Plan and schedule posts to maintain a consistent brand aesthetic. Assist in brainstorming marketing campaigns and influencer collaborations. Order Management Manage and dispatch online orders efficiently. Coordinate with delivery partners for smooth shipping and tracking. Maintain records of dispatched parcels and follow up with customers. Customer Service Respond to customer inquiries via Instagram, WhatsApp, or email. Ensure timely updates on order status and resolve basic queries politely. Website Management Upload new product listings (images, descriptions, pricing, tags). Keep inventory updated on the website. Other Tasks Assist in planning photo/video shoots. Provide general marketing and operational support to the team. Requirements - Passion for social media, fashion, and jewellery. Basic understanding of Instagram marketing and trends. Good communication and organizational skills. Familiarity with Canva, Instagram, or Shopify (preferred, not mandatory). A creative mindset and willingness to learn.
