Role OverviewAs a Digital Marketing Intern at Anayaa Jewels, you’ll get hands-on experience running the day-to-day operations of an online brand. You’ll manage social media content, handle customer orders, and help grow our digital presence. Key Responsibilities Content Creation & Social Media Create engaging content for Instagram — reels, posts, and stories. Plan and schedule posts to maintain a consistent brand aesthetic. Assist in brainstorming marketing campaigns and influencer collaborations. Order Management Manage and dispatch online orders efficiently. Coordinate with delivery partners for smooth shipping and tracking. Maintain records of dispatched parcels and follow up with customers. Customer Service Respond to customer inquiries via Instagram, WhatsApp, or email. Ensure timely updates on order status and resolve basic queries politely. Website Management Upload new product listings (images, descriptions, pricing, tags). Keep inventory updated on the website. Other Tasks Assist in planning photo/video shoots. Provide general marketing and operational support to the team. Requirements - Passion for social media, fashion, and jewellery. Basic understanding of Instagram marketing and trends. Good communication and organizational skills. Familiarity with Canva, Instagram, or Shopify (preferred, not mandatory). A creative mindset and willingness to learn. We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Sales and Marketing Intern to join our team at our Zaveri Bazaar shop. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming B2B customers, showcasing our jewellery collection, and closing sales while building and maintaining long-term business relationships. Key Responsibilities: • Greet and assist walk-in B2B customers at the showroom. • Understand client requirements and showcase suitable jewellery pieces. • Build strong relationships with new and existing buyers to ensure repeat business. • Handle negotiations, pricing discussions, and order confirmations. • Maintain customer database and follow up regularly with buyers. • Coordinate with the back office for order processing and delivery. • Occasionally travel to outstation markets (Delhi, Punjab, etc.) to meet clients and expand business opportunities. • Stay updated with product knowledge, new arrivals, and market trends. Requirements: • Prior experience in jewellery sales (Zaveri Bazaar / wholesale market experience preferred). • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Sales-driven with the ability to meet targets. • Willingness to travel occasionally for business development. • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/WhatsApp/email handling). • Minimum qualification: 12th pass; Graduate preferred.
